For our boutique in Berlin Kudamm, we are looking for a Supervisor with passion and drive.As a member of our team, you are responsible for supervising the team, excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Management
1. Supervise the day-to-day operations within the team
2. Manage the integration of new joiners and help manager to assign responsibilities
3. Share ideas regularly and follow up the tasks delegated by the manager
4. Organizing regular team meetings and sales training sessions
5. Spot Coaching with the team on the sales ceremony
6. Improve synergies with other boutiques
Supervising Performance & Sales
7. Maintaining the customer database and customer relationship management (CRM)
8. Achieve sales target by mastering the use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge
9. Contribute to the global team performance by being a Role Model
10. Know targets (by product category) in terms of daily, weekly and monthly sales in order to push the sales team and motivate them
11. Selling and guiding the team on the sales ceremony
12. Collecting information regarding product trends & client needs
Floor Management
13. Customer reception, advice and support as well as fulfilment of special needs and wishes of our customers
14. Dedicate a large part of your time on the sales floor
15. Guarantee the transmission of the passion for the Brand within the department
16. Optimize relationship with customers through regular contacts
17. Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the store
Retail Operations
18. Organize and contribute to stock management
19. Be available for supporting the sales and handle with payments when necessary
20. Control and maintain floor display area and merchandise
21. Processing and checking incoming goods, carrying out inventories and minimizing stock and warehouse shortages
Profile
22. 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
23. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison
24. Strong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindset
25. Ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication
26. Provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
27. Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
28. Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
