Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across Germany and the DACH region. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, fostering relationships with key clients, and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts within the hospitality sector.
Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets across the DACH region.
Market Management : Oversee all accounts and territories in the region, focusing on revenue growth and expanding market share.
Customer Relationship Management : Experience : 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in the DACH region.
Sales Expertise : Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with experience in B2B sales.
Native-level proficiency in German is required; fluency in English is also essential.
