For our partner company based in Kaufbeuren, we are looking for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this responsible position, you will be responsible for the holistic support of the IT landscape and actively shape the further development of the server and network infrastructures. With your expertise, you will ensure highly available system operation in complex Windows environments and set high standards in IT security. In addition, as a technical initiator, you will manage challenging IT projects and act as a solution-oriented expert for support requests.

Your tasks
7. Holistic administration and optimization of the IT infrastructure including servers, networks and middleware
8. Ensuring smooth IT operations with a focus on Windows server and client environments as well as IT security
9. Implementation of qualified second-level support and sustainable error analysis in the event of system malfunctions
10. Active participation in the planning, management and implementation of complex IT infrastructure projects
11. Continuous monitoring and supervision of network performance and system availability
Your profile
12. Experience in system administration, preferably in the Microsoft Windows environment
13. Knowledge of Windows server/client architectures and network technologies
14. Experienced in dealing with current IT security and system hardening standards
15. Practical experience in the structured implementation and support of IT projects
16. Strong analytical skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
