Lead business development efforts with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other key German OEMs Build and nurture relationships across multiple layers of the OEM organizations, from operational stakeholders to senior executives. 2. Translate customer needs into strategic proposals aligned with ECARX’s infotainment and digital cockpit offerings Collaborate internally with product, engineering, and commercial teams to tailor compelling value propositions. 3. Conduct deep customer profiling, mapping key decision-makers, identifying budget owners, and influencing buying cycles Monitor market dynamics, competitor positioning, and client strategy to adapt ECARX’s approach and maximize business potential Drive initial RFIs, pre-RFQ activities, and long-lead opportunity development. 4. Report on pipeline status, strategic milestones, and business forecasts Represent ECARX at relevant industry events, trade shows, and strategic client meetings l Competency 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the automotive technology sector, preferably infotainment, cockpit electronics, or Tier 1 software/hardware suppliers. 2. Deep familiarity with BMW and Mercedes-Benz organizational structures, decision-making processes, and business culture Proven ability to develop new customer relationships, manage long-cycle sales opportunities, and close complex deals. 3. Strong understanding of infotainment systems, HMI, IVI architectures, and digital cockpit technologies Fluent in German (native level) and English (professional level). 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Based in Southern Germany (Stuttgart or Munich preferred).
