IT System Administrator Support & Infrastructure (m/f/d) Your tasks
* Support of our users in 1st and 2nd level support
* Management of access and authorizations (MS Active Directory/ Microsoft 365)
* Patch management (WSUS)
* Client and server management (Windows 10,11 / Windows Server 2016, 2019 Hyper- V / Ubuntu Server)
* Configuration and maintenance of our monitoring system
* Optimization and documentation of processes in the IT infrastructure as well as planning, implementation and configuration of new IT solutions
Your profile
o Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a similar qualification in the IT environment
o Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
o Knowledge of network and IT security and data protection
o Knowledge of Microsoft server products including Active Directory, Teams and Exchange Online
o Initial experience with Linux server operating systems is desirable
o Ability to work in a team, user-oriented thinking, careful and independent working methods and problem-solving skills
o Good written and spoken German (at least level B2/C1) to ensure smooth communication within the department
o Good knowledge of English
