We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Cash & Reconciliation to join a long-term strategic initiative focused on financial data, settlement, and reconciliation processes within a modern platform environment.
You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, compliance, and engineering teams, working on complex topics such as cash settlement flows, reconciliation processes, and client money management. The role involves analysing and documenting end-to-end processes, defining business rules, and supporting the delivery of scalable solutions in a cloud-native environment.
You will contribute across multiple workstreams including cash settlement, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and account structure design, within a context requiring strong data accuracy, consistency, and long-term system evolution. This role is part of a long-term engagement, with the goal of building sustainable expertise over time.
5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in financial services
~ Experience with cash settlement lifecycles (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, etc.)
~ Experience translating requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and data mappings
~ Experience supporting UAT and working in Agile environments
~ Good proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reconciliation investigations
~ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
~ Ability to commit to a long-term engagement within a multi-year context
