We are looking for an Office & Custom Assistant (m/w/d) – 100% to join our team in Rheinfelden (Germany). Prepare and process customs documentation and ensure compliance with international customs regulations.
Keep up to date with relevant customs regulations and provide support to colleagues regarding customs-related matters.
Office assistant (20%)
Support office organization and supply management.
Proven experience in an office administration or customs assistant role.
Strong knowledge of customs processes and international shipping regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
Strong communication skills in English and German (spoken and written).
