WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Act as a trusted partner for a portfolio of luxury brand advertisers, managing day-to-day communication and building long-term relationships through a deep understanding of their needs.
* Develop tailored retail media strategies and annual campaign plans that align with partner objectives whilst complementing existing initiatives.
* Confidently represent LuxExperience in client meetings, presenting performance insights, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
* Support the Director of Retail Media in new business development, assisting with sales pitches, client presentations, and strategic materials.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and proactively pitch proposals to drive incremental revenue.
* Partner closely with the Media Operations team to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and excellent service.
* Analyze campaign performance, translate data into actionable insights, and demonstrate measurable ROI to partners.
WHO YOU ARE
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years’ experience in media sales, retail media, or client account management.
* Strong communication and presentation skills — polished, confident, and comfortable representing LuxExperience to senior luxury brand partners.
* Commercially minded and consultative, able to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into actionable strategies.
* Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of campaign metrics, reporting, and performance tracking.
* Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner effectively across teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Customer-focused and proactive, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
* Brings an understanding of the luxury goods and jewelry industry and a passion for digital innovation and media technology.
