Established by the world’s leading company in electronic products, we are seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to expand our business globally. The successful candidate will have experience selling UPS systems to data centers and other industries across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them
* Managing existing accounts and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Providing technical guidance and expertise to clients to ensure their operational needs are met
* Staying up-to-date with competitor activity and industry trends to inform sales strategies
* Monthly sales reporting to senior management
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Fluent in English and willing to travel globally
