Your Mission
* Acquire and develop new B2B customers across Northern Germany
* Consultatively sell technical control & monitoring solutions
* Manage the full sales cycle: needs analysis proposal negotiation closing
* Build strong customer relationships and regional networks
* Maintain CRM & pipeline documentation
* Represent the company at customer meetings and trade fairs
Your Profile
* 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience (technical products)
* Strong technical understanding (electronics / industrial systems)
* Fluent German (C2) + good English (B1)
* CRM & ERP experience
* High willingness to travel across Germany
* Independent, persuasive, customer-oriented mindset
