Responsibilities：
1. Manage operational indirect procurement with focus on Vehicle and EV R&D requirements.
2. Select, evaluate, and develop suppliers. Conduct price and contract negotiations
3. Having rich projects experience with regards to following categories: Retail/ Showroom Design, Project Management, Interior Construction/ Shopfitting, EV-Charging & Energy Infrastructure, Aftersales etc.
4. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure resources availability.
5. Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, finance and controlling departments.
Requirements：
1. Completed commercial or technical or engeening education background, more than 5 years experience with indirect procurement.
2. Strong negotiation skills and cost management awareness. Result orientation, self-driven. Team player with an independent and structured work style.
3. Familiar and adapt to the tight pace of the Start-up companies, open-minded and fast learner. Be ready for business trips in domestic.
4. Proficient in SAP systems and MS Office. Fluent English and Germany language. Madarine language is big plus.
