Restaurant Manager Assistant Job
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional to support our restaurant manager in the operation of our gastronomic concepts.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Restaurant Manager in steering all sales activities and developing individual marketing strategies
* Ensure exceptional product, hygiene, and service quality for our guests
* Value-oriented and trustworthy leadership, training, and development of employees
* Responsibility for inventory management, inventory checks, cash accounting, and personnel deployment planning
Requirements
* Enthusiasm for fish, quality, and service
* Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or commercial sector, e.g. as a specialist in system catering, retail manager, or restaurateur
* Professional experience or specialized further education
* Ideally first leadership experience
* Enjoy communicating
* Fresh wind and openness to new things
