Then join our TheraSorb team as Product Manager (mIfId) Therapeutic Apheresis. In this role, you will drive the success of our TheraSorb product portfolio through strategic and operational marketing initiatives. In detail, this includes:
* You conduct market, competitor, and sales analyses, and you derive actionable insights to support strategic decisions and develop targeted marketing and sales strategies. You identify and leverage relevant publications and clinical studies for promotional purposes and to plan future marketing content.
* You develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional concepts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You plan and execute marketing and communication activities across various channels, including sales support and training, events, print, and digital platforms.
* You collaborate cross-functionally with our Medical, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to ensure alignment and successful product positioning in a regulated environment. You collaborate closely with our Communications, Digital, and Marketing teams, and you create and maintain promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and website content to drive sales and further position TheraSorb therapeutic apheresis across various indications.
* You establish and foster strategic relationships with selected key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers.
Qualifications
* You hold an advanced degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences, medical technology or comparable field. You bring professional experience in product management or marketing, ideally in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector.
* You have practical experience in creating marketing materials and implementing cross-channel marketing campaigns.
* You work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner, taking full ownership of your projects. You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills.
* You have excellent presentation skills and the ability to break down complex subjects in an understandable manner for different audiences.
* You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across departments, customers, and KOLs on an international level.
* You are an excellent communicator, especially in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in German is a strong advantage. You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
