Responsibilities:
* Lead site identification, evaluation, and acquisition for hyperscale data centre developments
* Manage negotiations with landowners, municipalities, and key external stakeholders
* Coordinate closely with internal power and planning teams to secure grid connectivity
* Oversee due diligence, feasibility assessments, and acquisition strategy
* Support permitting, zoning, and planning approval processes
* Drive strategic expansion aligned with long-term regional development plans
* Provide leadership across cross-functional teams and external consultants
Skills/Must have:
* Extensive experience in data centre site acquisition, development, or infrastructure real estate
* Strong understanding of power infrastructure, utilities, and grid connection processes
* Proven track record securing land and enabling large-scale infrastructure projects
* Experience working with utilities, municipalities, and planning authorities
* Fluent German and English required
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
