Role Overview
They are looking for a highly experienced Analog IC Designer to replace a departing senior engineer and strengthen their automotive design team. The role focuses on high‑voltage analog design, power circuitry, and precision sensing for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and simulate analog/mixed‑signal IC blocks for automotive ASICs
Develop circuits in HV CMOS processes
Design power‑related blocks such as charge pumps, inductive converters, and regulators
Work on precision analog sensing and signal processing chains
Support verification, silicon bring‑up, and product qualification
Collaborate with layout, test, digital, and system teams
Support design reviews and contribute to analog design methodology
Requirements
~15 years’ experience in analog IC design (ideally automotive)
Strong background in high‑voltage analog and power circuitry
Experience with power conversion (charge pumps, inductive or similar topologies)
Experience designing precision sensing and driver circuits
Strong SPICE / Cadence‑based simulation skills
Familiar with automotive reliability requirements and robustness design
Nice to Have
Experience with automotive power applications
Exposure to motor control, sensor ICs, or LED drivers
Knowledge of functional safety or automotive standards
Experience mentoring or leading junior designers
