As a key member of our Global Commercial Organization, you will lead a passionate team and play a central role in building strategies, systems, and tools that elevate commercial success across all regions.
Your role:
* Lead and inspire a small, high-performing team of commercial systems and tools experts
* Design and implement global commercial excellence strategies that boost sales force effectiveness and deliver measurable impact
* Optimize and evolve our commercial infrastructure — from pricing and customer segmentation to lead management, opportunity tracking, and campaign performance
* Leverage data and analytics to generate insights, drive decision-making, and track performance through meaningful KPIs
* Champion digital transformation by enhancing the use of CRM (Salesforce) and digital tools across the organization
* Coordinate and strengthen launch excellence for new products and campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and Regional teams
* Build and standardize frameworks to ensure global alignment and consistency in commercial practices
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align global and regional priorities and ensure seamless commercial execution
* Support post-merger integration, ensuring a unified and high-performing commercial setup
Who you are:
* A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy within the B2B or Chemical industry
* Strong command of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and pricing software
* Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Analytical strength and a passion for data-driven decision-making
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
