Your Mission
* You assume overall responsibility for the Supply Chain & Service Delivery area and ensure that corporate objectives are achieved.
* You lead and develop the leadership team responsible for operational fulfillment.
* Together with the management team, you implement the strategic vision and business objectives.
* You manage operational processes and ensure that all primary KPIs are met.
* You are responsible for the Global Management System and continuously optimize operational processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality.
* You implement efficiency improvement programs and expand our production capacities.
* You identify and mitigate risks, particularly within the supply chain.
* You ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards and assume overall compliance responsibility.
Your Profile
* You hold a completed university degree in engineering or business, ideally in electrical engineering or business administration/economics.
* You have solid experience in team leadership as well as in process and innovation management.
* You demonstrate strong business acumen, are results‑oriented, and possess the ability to think strategically.
* Your working style is characterized by assertiveness, a high level of customer orientation, and intercultural competence.
* You have strong communication skills and the motivation to drive change.
