Grohe Logistik Service GmbH is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Leader Network and 3PL (f/m/d).
In this role, you will serve as the owner and expert for network design and development, with a strong focus on 3PL warehouse logistics.
You will play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and improving logistics.
Your Tasks:
* Overall responsibility for the network design and ensure smooth 3PL warehouse operations, including LDC Mechelen
* Analyze and improve 3PL logistics to increase efficiency and
reduce deficits
* Develop and implement process changes aligned with business goals
* Act as the main contact between business units and 3PL teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Guarantee that all processes meet industry regulations and standards
* Ensure consistent stock availability through effective planning and stakeholder alignment
* Streamline communication between internal departments and
external partners to resolve issues and drive improvements
Our Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain
Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience in network design, logistics management, and 3PL operations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience working in an international environment
* Proficiency in process optimization and KPI tracking
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
