As Customer Service Representative (CSR) you continuously strive for an optimal Order Management process. As primary contact for our customers you will be making sure that everything is arranged to guarantee on-time deliveries. In some cases you will also be responsible for the coordination of the logistic processes. As first point of contact you will not only handle order entry but also manage customer inquiries, complaints, service level issues and you will be screening actual orders against the forecast. By monitoring and obtaining customer - and market trends, you are the source of competitive intelligence and valuable market insights.
