Description Discover your exciting role As an Expert Contract / Claim Management - Electrical (m/f/d) in Procurement & Subcontract Management, you will be responsible for technically demanding electrical work packages from contract award to project completion. Your tasks include monitoring and progress control of subcontractor performance, change order and change management, as well as claim management. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Monitoring and progress control of subcontractor performance on electrical Commercial handling of subcontractor claims Supplement and change management to/from subcontractors Claim management in close cooperation with contract management Minimizing risks that may arise from subcontractor delays through proactive planning and communication Negotiating contract conclusions Close cooperation with engineering, design, quality management, planning, and project management to ensure smooth project execution Continuous improvement management through regular feedback and implementation of lessons learned Regular reporting to the Project Procurement Manager Show your expertise Completed technical education or degree in electrical engineering (e.g. technician, electrical engineer) or similar Several years’ experience in project management in large-scale projects, preferably in the construction or plant engineering industry Solid knowledge in a relevant electrical engineering discipline Knowledge of handling contracts in accordance with VOB, BGB or HOAI is an advantages Proficient in both English and German, spoken and written Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally, with on-site work depending on the project phase Decisiveness, openness to change, strong interpersonal skills, and a solution-oriented working style What we offer you Are you looking for challenging projects?
