If you love turning data into stories and ideas into action, we'd love to have you on board! \* Research & Analysis: Review project reports and related data to extract compelling narratives and insights. \* Content Creation: Develop best practices, white papers, and case studies that showcase our sustainability efforts. \* Social Media & Storytelling: Craft engaging content for social media, including short videos and visual storytelling formats. \* Event Support: Assist in planning and executing internal and external sustainability events. \* Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about current developments in biodiversity and nature-related sustainability topics. YOUR PROFILE For this position, we are looking for a dynamic and energized personality willing to grow. Proactive and performance-driven attitude is of essence. \* Strong narrative and storytelling skills, ideally with experience in social media or content creation. \* Genuine interest in nature and biodiversity topics. \* Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into clear, engaging formats. \* Proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and in a team setting. \* Enrolled in a university program in a related field. \* Proficient in English (spoken and written), proficiency in German is a plus.
