As a Senior Business Developer, you will:
5. Identify and qualify high-potential EMS opportunities within key sectors such as industrial, automotive, and IoT,
6. Apply a structured Strategic Account Planning approach: map target organizations, build connections with key decision-makers, and understand their selection criteria,
7. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to final contract negotiation,
8. Provide critical field insights (market trends, technological shifts, competitor activity) to support internal teams (quotation, marketing, product),
9. Represent LACROIX at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences,
10. Collaborate closely with the VP of Business Development to align with company-wide strategic goals,
11. Onboard and grow new customer accounts that match our predefined qualification criteria (market, plant capability),
Qualifications
The profile we are looking for will have :
12. Mandatory and substantial experience in the EMS industry (minimum 5 years),
13. Strong track record in B2B business development, ideally in an international context,
14. Expertise in selling tailor-made solutions and complex services,
15. Proven ability to manage long and intricate sales cycles while maintaining strategic relationships,
16. Excellent negotiation and communication skills,
17. Fluent in English; French is a plus,
18. Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365,
19. Strategic, resilient, and highly results-driven mindset.
