We are looking for a Requirements Engineer for our client.Your main responsibility will be to define project-specific requirements baselines, establish structured change control, and ensure end-to-end traceability from stakeholder needs to test cases. Responsibilities: Create project-specific requirements baselines and perform structured change control processes Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability from stakeholder requirements to test cases Independently plan and facilitate requirements workshops and interviews Produce structured requirements documentation Derive requirements from cybersecurity risk assessments and threat models Coordinate with Product Owners and relevant stakeholders to clarify open points Support scope refinement and mitigate delivery risks Requirements: Experience in requirements engineering in regulated environments basic experience with Azure DevOps experience in the pharma or MedTech industry Experience with cybersecurity-related requirements Strong skills in conducting requirements workshops and stakeholder management Experience with end-to-end traceability Excellent English skills Nice to have: Experience in GMP / GAMP 5 environments Knowledge of ISA 88 Experience with CRA Project Details: Start: ASAP Duration: until the end of 2027 Workload: 3-5 days/week Location: 100% Remote Language: English (German optional) Interviews with our client can be arranged at short notice with a quick decision afterwards.
