Marketing Manager (f/m/x) IVD - Haematology
Your responsibilities
1. Drive growth for our core business haematology by defining marketing strategies for selected products in our portfolio
2. Develop marketing and segmentation strategies, product positioning and implement international product launches throughout the EMEA region
3. Conceptually design and manage launches of new products as project leader, taking care of the project processes, phases and relevant documentation
4. Gain market intelligence: monitor and analyse market trends and customer needs to guide marketing strategy
5. Develop and conduct sales and marketing training courses
6. Specify promotional activities: devise promotional plans, online marketing campaigns and associated materials together with our Marketing Communications department
7. Support virtual as well as physical local events and promotional activities in EMEA
8. Support and cooperate with EMEA marketing and product managers for all operational and tactical measures required to run the business
Your profile
9. Academic degree in natural/medical sciences, and/or marketing/business administration or a similar working experience
10. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IVD market in sales/marketing role
11. Knowledge of workflows in a clinical laboratory as well as the haematology market preferred
12. Business acumen and the ability to capture the big picture
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
14. Proactive, structured and result-oriented work style
15. Proven record in project management and coordination across EMEA
16. Excellent presentation, communication and teaching skills in English
17. Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (around 20%)
