To strenghthen our HR International & People Relations team, we are looking for a
HR Generalist (m/w/d) International(20-25 hours per week)
Your tasks:
1. Support of defined international subsidiaries in all HR-relevant topics (focus on subsidiaries in Western Europe)
2. Correspondence with lawyers, tax advisors and insurance companies
3. Preparation, negotiation and implementation of salary adjustments as well as annual commission and bonus calculation
4. Coordination of insurance and payrolling
5. Responsibility for recruiting processes, applicant and contract management as well as support of subsequent onboarding
6. Close cooperation and coordination with the HR Managers and Managing Directors of the respective subsidiaries
7. Collaboration in and management of various international HR projects
Your profile:
8. Relevant Bachelor’s degree
9. Professional experience in international HR work
10. Structured, precise and efficient way of working
11. Openness, intercultural competence and enjoyment of international cooperation
12. Business fluent in German and English
13. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
