🔎 Your tasks :
* You will be an essential member of our Teams, supporting in the daily Testing activities on Mobile products and in assessing the quality of our releases for making educated release decisions.
* You have a strong experience in Mobile Testing and releasing B2C Apps to international markets.
* You understand the challenges in setting up the testing in a mobile automation system and ensuring the quality of our monthly releases at the same time. You will prioritise your work in alignment with the other key roles (e.g. Product owner, Developers, Stakeholders) and being able to balance your effort on the test execution with the creation and maintenance of the test automation.
* You have a solid experience working in cross functional teams with multiple functions that can deliver at the end of a single by-weekly iteration a fully potentially shippable feature to end customers, from feature ideation to quality feature.
* You are able to define an optimal product quality strategy for the Team by bringing a relevant practical experience and a variety of testing practices, techniques and tools.
* You strive for improving the quality of our product at each release and participate in the features creation in all phases from the initial feature ideation until their release.
* You continuously seek technical excellence and improving our delivery practices on all sides, you bring new perspectives and an analytical approach by measuring what really matters. You promote an inclusive culture based on trust, learning and growth, where it is safe and healthy to talk openly talk about issues and impediments, and it is absolutely fine to search for solutions by experimenting.
* You will groom and prune our test asset at all levels to ensure optimal coverage and effective deduplication.
* You will strive for the fastest and most accurate feedback possible on the quality of our App.
* You have AI solid skills and you can take it into use in Testing with tangible business optimisations.
✨ Your profile :
* Masterʼs degree or comparable education in the fields of computer science, information technology or other relevant area
* Relevant job experience in Mobile E2E Testing of multiple years and a solid skills in native Mobile Apps Testing (Android and iOS) including: Solid Mobile automation test asset ideation & creation using Appium and Kotlin (scripting)
* Experience also with E2E manual testing (not everything can be automated on vehicles)
* Test scenario, coverage and different testing techniques
* Proficiency in defining user and non-user test scenarios, coverage analysis, Product quality metrics
* Defect handling from external sources (customers, stakeholders, etc.)
* Multiple testing approaches (e.g. BDD, TDD) and testing techniques Functional and non-functional testing
* Sound experience working with cross-functional Agile Teams
* Deep understanding and real experience with Continuous Delivery
* Proficient in English, German is a plus.
