Strategic HR Partner Role
This pivotal role necessitates a seasoned professional adept at navigating the intricacies of HR management, forging strong relationships with stakeholders and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify key recruitment needs, oversee the selection process and participate in the hiring of senior positions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Employee Mobility: Effectively manage internal mobility requests, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions to the organization.
* Onboarding & Integration: Provide proactive support and guidance to new employees during their initial year, guaranteeing successful integration into the team.
* Career Development & Talent Management: Collaborate with employees to develop career paths, identify high-potential talent and implement strategic talent management initiatives.
* Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting and salary review processes, promoting fair and equitable outcomes.
* Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, addressing HR matters, resolving conflicts and providing expertise on workplace challenges.
* Exit Management: Conduct thorough exit interviews, gathering valuable insights to inform future improvements and enhance employee satisfaction.
* HR Reporting: Deliver insightful, actionable reports to Business Unit heads and the HR Director, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
* HR Projects: Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, driving organizational effectiveness and enhancing the overall employee experience.
* Training: Develop and implement training strategies in collaboration with the business, aligning programs with organizational goals and priorities.
The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in human resources, business, economics or a related field, along with 10-15 years of experience in a similar HR capacity. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in French and/or German being a significant asset.
The successful Strategic HR Partner will demonstrate exceptional knowledge of HR policies, employment laws and best practices, coupled with proven ability to navigate complex situations with tact and discretion. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude are highly valued in this role.
