Key Employment Law Role:
A leading business law firm seeks an experienced lawyer to join its employment law practice.
Job Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on all aspects of labour, employment, business immigration and social security law.
* Manage less experienced lawyers and supervise assigned trainees while facilitating knowledge sharing.
* Provide risk analysis and pre-litigation counsel to clients.
* Act as a trusted advisor and main day-to-day contact for the client.
* Participate in in-house and external training offered by the firm.
Requirements:
* University degree in law (Master 2 from France, Belgium or Luxembourg).
* Obtained the Avoué.
* 3-5 years of experience in employment law.
* Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
* Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset.
The selected candidate will be required to provide a criminal record certificate.
