Berlin / Hybrid Join our Product & CRO team and take ownership of the MarTech infrastructure that powers our digital marketing across multiple markets. This is a hands-on role where you’ll enable data-driven decision-making by ensuring clean, reliable tracking and analytics across all digital touchpoints. What you’ll do
1. Own the end-to-end implementation and management of GA4 across multiple country setups
2. Design and maintain event schemas, custom dimensions, and data layer mappings
3. Manage and deploy tracking via Google Tag Manager
4. Set up and optimise conversion tracking (server-side & pixel-based,. Meta CAPI, Google Ads)
5. Configure and maintain consent management including geolocation rules and tag blocking
6. Ensure data quality through regular QA, validation, and troubleshooting
7. Document implementations and help stakeholders understand and use MarTech tools effectively
What you bring
8. Hands-on experience with GA4 (end-to-end setup and ownership)
9. Strong experience with Google Tag Manager or similar TMS: ability to deploy and manage tags, triggers, and variables independently
10. Experience with conversion tracking (including server-side tracking – a big plus)
11. Familiarity with consent management platforms (. OneTrust) and GDPR/ePrivacy basics
12. Solid understanding of data structures / data layer (basic SQL is a plus)
13. Ability to manage complex setups (multiple countries, tools, and environments), but explain things in a simple way
14. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
