Transaction Services Manager – Munich
We are currently hiring for a Transaction Services Manager to join our growing team in Munich.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on national and international transactions, contributing meaningfully from start to finish.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you'll collaborate across service lines and be involved in diverse, high-impact projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your Responsibilities
(Partial) project management for small to medium-sized transaction projects, including planning and execution on a national and international level
Coordination of workstreams and supervision of junior colleagues
Preparation of financial due diligence reports and financial fact books, ensuring quality and accuracy
Client communication, presentation of results, and participation in expert discussions and conference calls (often with senior team members)
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams on complex consulting projects
Support in client acquisition and management of administrative processes (e.g., contracts, budgeting, and invoicing)
Contribution to internal digitalization and process improvement initiatives, particularly around transaction toolsets
Your Profile
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (e.g., MBA)
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, M&A,
Strong understanding of corporate transactions and accounting principles
Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
A communicative, team-oriented personality with initial leadership and project management experience
Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken, minimum C1 level)
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven work ethic
