We are seeking experienced BIM Coordinators – MEP to act as a critical interface between Europe/Germany-based stakeholders and our global production teams.
The Role
As a BIM Coordinator – MEP, you will lead multidisciplinary coordination efforts, ensure model accuracy, and support constructible, field-ready BIM deliverables for Pharmaceutical, Data Center, and Industrial projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and offshore teams to ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and execution plans.
Core Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of BIM Coordination experience in Pharma, Data Center, or Industrial projects
• Software: Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks (Manage), BIM 360 / ACC
• Coordination: Hands-on experience leading or participating in BIM coordination & clash detection meetings
• Standards: Ability to work with international codes and project-specific standards
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing coordination
• Technical Skills: Ability to interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and conduct QA/QC
Key Responsibilities
• Client Collaboration: Coordinate with Germany/Europe-based clients and global delivery teams
• Model Coordination: Lead MEP coordination, clash detection, and resolution workflows
• Project Execution: Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project delivery standards
• Field & Constructability Support: Develop constructible, installation-ready BIM outputs
• Quality Assurance: Perform detailed QA/QC to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Stakeholder Management: Support coordination meetings and ensure timely project deliverables
