Job Title: HR Operations Manager
Role Summary:
This position offers a unique opportunity to take on a key role within the HR function, working closely with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and improve employee experiences.
* Employee Lifecycle Management: Prepare and manage administrative documents related to the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, addendums, work certificates, and absence management.
* HRIS & Data Integrity: Ensure accurate input and continuous maintenance of all employee data in designated HR systems.
* Legal Compliance Specialist: Provide expert advice on Luxembourgish social security, labor law, and tax legislation, supporting both employees and management.
* Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key Luxembourgish stakeholders, including CNS, CAE, and Social Security.
* Policy & Process: Review, adapt, and communicate HR policies to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
* Transformation & Improvement: Participate in HR transformation and continuous improvement projects, driving process enhancements.
