Your tasks:
1. Shape with us the digital future of our processes across all business areas as for example sales, engineering, order management, production, logistics, quality management, procurement, finance, HR.
2. Define strategy and goals together with business stakeholders resulting in a roadmap.
3. Lead identification of valuable use cases envisioning the future of doing business.
4. Analyze “AS IS”-Processes, identify flaws by using methods such as value stream mapping to identify the improved “TO BE”-Processes.
5. Draft new business processes including actors, actions, organizational changes etc.
6. Prioritize activities together with the digital transformation team and business stakeholders.
7. Define budget and resource needs for the implementation of the roadmap/milestones.
8. Track success and identify improvement potential of the activities using KPIs and Reports.
Your skills:
9. Digital Native mentality and mindset.
10. Experience in process optimization, project management and/or change management.
11. Passion for achieving strategic goals and monitoring their achievement using KPIs.
12. Strong communication skills in order to facilitate constructive discussions and communicate process changes adequately.
13. Knowledge of an ERP-System (i.e. SAP or Infor LN) and/or Salesforce preferred.
14. Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
15. Team Player who likes to work with an international team across different time zones.
