Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Your RoleCreate a comprehensive plan outlining all activities and tasks required to populate the new solutions with current and historical data necessary for correct operation.Monitor and report the progress of the data migration plan at the project level.Manage and coordinate activities for the ETL migration approach, including oversight of engineers performing the data migration.Create and maintain a progress tracker for all data migration activities and stages.Present plans and progress updates to project and programme boards.Collaborate with the Architecture team on the migration approach.RequiredDevelop associated resource and budget requirements to implement the plan, ensuring alignment with overall programme and project constraints.Identify issues and risks related to data migration activities.Define and implement mitigation plans for identified risks.Design a quality management scheme and plan for data migration activities, including validation of loaded data to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.PreferredExperience with ETL tools and data migration methodologies.Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit or SAP Data Services.Prior involvement in large-scale data migration projects.Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.OverviewInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
