As a shining example for the housekeeping team, you are coach, encourager and comrade-in-arms at eye level. Your high standards are the yardstick by which everyone is measured.
What your responsibilities are...
You coordinate all housekeeping tasks and plan who cleans which rooms in cooperation with the Executive Housekeeper
You check the rooms and public areas after cleaning and make sure that everything meets our high standards
You notice if something is broken or missing and take the appropriate steps to fix it (. inform the technical department)
You take care of guests' concerns or requests from the reception desk
You create reports about the arrivals & departures
You inform when free rooms are ready for the guest
You always think of new ways to inspire our guests
That's what we want from you....
You already have at least 2 years of experience as a housekeeping shift lead in an upscale hotel or have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel industry
Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards show in everything you do
You are a communication talent
Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
Your professionalism paired with your self-confident appearance and charm inspire our guests every day
You hold a work permit for Germany/EU
