In the Azure Development Platforms team, we're shaping the future of the Microsoft Azure landscape within the DB Group. Azure is firmly anchored in the company's strategy – and is becoming increasingly important. We need you to help us achieve this! Support us in establishing Azure and Azure DevOps Services across the entire group and in developing them further strategically, technologically, and methodologically.
We are looking for a temporary employee on behalf of DB Systel GmbH for a DevOps Engineer position in Berlin, starting as soon as possible. As a temporary employee, you will perform your work directly on-site in the aforementioned business area, while your employment contract is with us, DB Zeitarbeit.
Your tasks:
* You enjoy quickly gaining an overview of new technologies – and like to contribute your own ideas.
* Together with the team, you will build Azure and Azure DevOps services, develop new features, and integrate tools such as DB Container Services, Artifactory, GitLab, and Fortify.
* You love automation – "Everything as Code" isn't just a slogan for you, but a guiding principle. Together, we develop and implement concepts for automation and monitoring.
* In your role, you ensure the smooth and secure operation of complex applications, identify risks, propose countermeasures and implement them.
* Your responsibilities include developing test concepts, documenting results, and conducting tests in a heterogeneous system landscape, and you provide internal and external consulting on cloud and DevOps topics.
Your profile:
* You have solid knowledge in all relevant team skills and master at least three specialist areas according to the T-shape principle.
* The foundation of your career is a completed IT-related degree or comparable training with at least 2-3 years of professional experience in cloud technologies, ideally with Microsoft Azure.
* You have experience in cloud automation and integration technologies and want to develop, operate, and further develop tools in the Azure context.
* Appreciative, constructive teamwork is just as important to you as it is to us.
* You already possess sound knowledge in the areas of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and – ideally – Azure certifications (or are willing to acquire them).
* Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
This is important to us:
