Field Representative / Technical Representative (Helicopter Engines)

A Global company is seeking a Field Representative to act as the first technical point of contact for customers, supporting AOG situations and in-service engine operations.
The Role
* Act as the primary technical interface for customers
* Provide on-site support during AOG and operational events
* Support engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical coordination
* Work closely with internal engineering, support, and customer teams
* Travel mainly within Germany, with occasional trips to nearby countries
Location & Working Model
* Base location: Norderstedt, near Hamburg Airport
* 40 hours per week
* Flexible working hours with core hours 09:30 to 16:00
* Mobile working up to 2 days per week after probation
* Approx. 40% travel, all fully covered
Requirements
* Fluent German and English (C1–C2 required)
* Technical background in aircraft engines or maintenance
* Gas turbine or aircraft mechanical / technician experience is mandatory
* Helicopter experience preferred but not required
* Fixed-wing backgrounds (e.g., Airbus, Boeing) are acceptable
* Open to junior and senior profiles
* Strong motivation, customer focus, and willingness to travel essential
Salary & Compensation
* Base salary range €70,000 to €90,000 depending on experience
* Approx. 10% annual bonus paid yearly
