1. You will bear primary responsibility for preparing supplier complaints and ensuring targeted follow-up on measures taken.
2. You will work closely with various departments to implement customer feedback and promote continuous improvement.
3. You will also be responsible for preparing and evaluating quality indicators.
4. Creating, reviewing, and approving documents, as well as coordinating training courses, are also part of your responsibilities.
PROFILE
5. You have completed vocational training or a university degree, preferably in a technical or scientific field.
6. You have in-depth knowledge of quality and process management based on ISO and are skilled in the practical application of common QM tools such as 8D reports, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams.
7. A strong technical understanding combined with a passion for teamwork, coordinating tasks, and communicating with internal and external contacts round off your profile.
8. You combine excellent written and spoken German and English skills with an independent, structured, and assertive approach to work, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
