Your tasks
As part of the Perception & Grasping team, you will work on developing and implementing robotic systems.
* You work in close cooperation with a team of experts on improving our robots' manipulation and perception system
* You develop and optimize algorithms for trajectory planning and execution for robot manipulation, to improve speed and reduce error rates
* You develop algorithms for the robot perception and manipulation behaviors
* Conduct simulations and real-world tests to validate the functionality and efficiency of robotic systems
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge
Requirements
* You finished your Master or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or comparable studies
* You have hands-on experience with robots (ROS)
* You have 3+ years of relevant experience developing perception and manipulation algorithms
* You can write production-ready code in C++ and Python
* You have some experience in the integration and calibration of various optical sensors in a ROS-based system
* Ideally you have

* You are proficient in English, some German knowledge is a plus
