* Manage a portfolio of securitization and structured finance transactions across various asset classes, including CMBS, RMBS, consumer credit, CLOs and auto receivables transactions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also possess strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Mission Overview
This role involves managing the lifecycle of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) from incorporation to dissolution. The successful candidate will ensure that all SPVs comply with relevant regulations and laws.
* Develop business relationships with existing clients by attending meetings regularly;
