Deine Aufgaben
1. Plan and execute the exclusive Student Tech Track program in close collaboration with the Program Manager, guiding participants from onboarding through final milestone achievements.
2. Develop compelling workshop content, deliver sessions, and systematically evaluate feedback to refine and enhance each workshop’s impact.
3. Be the contact for participants: maintain proactive communication, identify their needs, and provide tailored support throughout the program.
4. Coordinate and host sessions with external speakers, mentors, and domain experts, handling all logistics and briefings to ensure high-value contributions.
5. Design and organize community events that connect Student Tech Track participants with the wider student community, fostering networking, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Dein Profil
6. Master Student with practical working experience as a working student, intern, or junior researcher.
7. Study background in business / entrepreneurship, computer sciences or a related field.
8. Entrepreneurial mindset with clear enthusiasm for deep-tech innovation and the ability to work self-reliantly on new topics.
9. Motivation and openness to get to know the emerging startup region of Heilbronn and to work with a team and stakeholders at the campus in Heilbronn on site.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and basic communication skills in German with a high level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
11. Practical experience in content creation: social media management, design tools, video editing
12. A creative mind and strong eye for design and storytelling – you're not just planning content, but also able to execute it visually.
