In this project we focus on identifying mechanisms of cellular communication between immune and tumor cells in pediatric cancer. Working with single cell-based technologies and in vitro models
Support and supervision of projects from PhD students
Acquisition of project funding/securing grants
Doctorate / PhD in life sciences, human medicine or related fields
Successful postdoctoral experience in the area immunology or cancer immunology including excellent publication record
A keen interest in experimental work and mentoring students
Oral and written communication skills (German, English), organizational skills and motivation to work in an interdisciplinary team
Modern infrastructure and a state-of-the-art laboratory with committed colleagues to manage project-related challenges
Support of new research ideas beyond the existing research program
