JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals based inmajor German cities with good transport connectionsto support our growing operations as aHotel Brand Assessor, helping to elevate hotel standards across the country.
As aHotel Brand Assessor, you will travel across Germany to evaluate hotel brand standards and provide actionable insights to enhance guest experiences. Some visits may be conducted anonymously as a mystery guest, while others are scheduled. Using a tablet, you will score each area, provide detailed feedback, and communicate findings with hotel management. This freelance opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive on independence, enjoy travel, and take pride in making a difference in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
4. Attention to Detail:Conduct thorough evaluations of hotel cleanliness, condition, and guest services.
5. Accurate Reporting:Provide detailed and concise reports using a tablet or mobile device.

7. Client Relations:Foster positive relationships with hotel executives.
8. Adaptability:Navigate diverse hotel environments and client expectations with ease.
What We’re Looking For
9. Hotel Management Experience:Proven success in an operational role within the hotel industry.
10. Language Proficiency:Excellent German communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
11. Travel-Ready:Valid passport and driver’s license for extensive travel across Germany.
12. Location:Based in a major city with good transport connections.
13. Commitment:Available to travel Monday to Friday for approximately three weeks per month.
14. Full Work Permit in Germany:Applicants must already have a valid work permit; we do not provide visa sponsorship.
15. Flexibility:Willingness to adapt to new challenges and work in dynamic situations.
This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis. You can work as an independent contractor either personally or through your own company.
