Manage TRATON's overall relationship with external credit rating agencies, ensuring strong and transparent communication Lead ongoing commercial and analytical rating dialogue, including annual rating management meetings, regular Q&A sessions, performance updates, liquidity reporting, and handling ad-hoc requests Prepare and maintain comprehensive capital structure and rating analyses to support strategic decisions Support TRATON's financing activities in the international debt capital markets, covering bank loans, Schuldschein transactions, and bond issuances Deliver high-quality analyses and presentations for TRATON's top management Degree in finance, treasury, or a related field (e.g., business administration, economics) Several years of professional experience in a rating agency or in corporate finance/funding within an investment bank, advisory firm, or large corporate Strong expertise in rating methodologies, capital structure analysis, and key financing instruments in bank and debt capital markets Analytical, self-driven team player with a flexible mindset and experience in project work within dynamic environments Fluent in German and English A very good salary package according to IG Metal and Electro collective bargaining agreement incl.
