What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

What will be your main missions?
We are looking for an PC&L Improvement Coordinator VIE who will provide support to the Peine Plant, based in Germany (30-mn from Hannover).
The mission will last 12 months and can be extended 12 more months (for a total maximum duration of 2 years)
Here are the main responsibilities of this role:
1. Be accountable for the deployment of the supply chain basics.
2. Drive local improvement initiatives to achieve inventory flex targets Implement standard processes (including KPI’s setting, tools development, trainings, and adherence to standards PDCA follow-up.
3. Prepare and lead the workshops in plants, divisions with strong focus on costs optimization.
4. Analyze the performance of the PCL KPIs on RBU perimeter.
5. Rollout supply chain standards in line with the FES & PCL requirements.
6. Organize workshops in the plants or region.

What you need to join us?
7. English language is mandatory as you will be speaking with people from all over the world.
8. Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in supply chain
9. Ppurchasing experience. (Automotive preferred / capital preferred)
