What you'll do
* Develop and implement strategies and concepts for internal communications in collaboration with Corporate Communications colleagues worldwide
* Advise and support different management levels, e.g. with internal postings, speeches, events and presentations, briefings, and Q&As
* Create content for our internal communication channels (e.g. articles, interviews, videos, posts)
* Plan and execute internal communication formats and events (such as townhalls, panel discussions, roundtables)
* Work closely with all colleagues from Corporate Communications, as well as contacts from business units, functions, or projects
* Support internal communication that provides orientation, builds trust, and conveys strategic topics clearly
* Shape, formulate, and connect complex topics with clear messaging
What makes you a good fit
* Completed degree, ideally with a focus on communications, media, or business
* At least 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a corporate communications department or at an agency
* Initial experience in developing communication concepts and advising stakeholders
* Structured and solution-oriented way of working, combined with strong organizational skills, team spirit, and a keen sense for tone and timing
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
