RESPONSIBILITIES
From the idea to a profitable process: we develop production processes for the crop protection sector. Our activities in the crop protection process development unit range from creating an initial process concept to supporting the commissioning of the production plant.
1. You develop innovative and sustainable process concepts for new processes with an eye for the big picture as well as the details.
2. Furthermore, you evaluate and document progress in the project and support the transfer of results to the pilot plant, production and other units.
3. In our large research network, you will benefit from our comprehensive expertise. In this dynamic environment, you can maintain an intensive network of contacts with operational units and scientific partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
4. degree in chemical engineering, process engineering or technical chemistry, ideally supplemented by a PhD
5. preferably initial experience in the field of process development
6. targeted and clear communication skills in German and English
7. pleasure and passion to contribute new ideas
8. profound data mindset and ability to leverage digital skills and means to solve scientific problems
