**Job Title:** Sales Manager DACH UV Flexo
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Celle. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and service concepts with accounts in the designated regions.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables, and or printing (Flexographic, Screen or Gravure), ideally with experience in UV Flexo. They will also possess excellent customer relationship management skills and a proven track record of succeeding with new business growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure delivery of objectives in sales growth, profitability, and service concepts with accounts in the designated regions.
* Establish, develop, and manage 1st class sustainable commercial relationships with existing, new, and strategic customers.
* Assume account management responsibilities for agreed customers.
* Support the European Business Development Director UV Flexo with preparation of local sales budgets and targets.
* Develop account management plans and target customer strategies to deliver market growth.
* Capture all customer data, activities, and contact opportunity trackers and tools.
* Manage product and service needs of customers and keep abreast of technical performance of products supplied.
* Reviewing, capturing, and updating upon customer forecasting and demand.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Comprehensive industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables, and or printing (Flexographic, Screen or Gravure).
* Experience in all aspects of customer relationship management.
* A proven track record for succeeding with new business growth and customer acquisition.
* Good knowledge of colour theory and ink management tools.
* IT skills - competence in the use of MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
* SAP experience ideal, but not necessary.
* Full Clean driving licence.
