For our HR department based in Munich, we are looking for a HR trainee, who will support the HR departments on salary & compensation processes.
You will be fully involved in a strategic project and you will discover all daily operations, that are at the heart of the success of our organization.
Your mission
1. Main project : You will support the HR and the Finance Team in a project about salary and compensation
2. Analysis and calculation of costs in close collaboration with the Finance Manager
3. Preparation of communication contents for different audience
4. Support on the legal frame researches for the Northern Europe market
5. Operational and administrative support for the HR department
6. Provide support on budget, monthly reporting and data accuracy
7. Be in contact with internal and external partners for operational HR support (seasonal temporary contracts, coordination with Payroll…)
8. Administrative support for all HR related topics (contract, reference letters, annoucments…)
9. Support and continuous improvement in our administrative processes
10. Look for benchmarks on salary and compensations best practices
Your profile
11. Bachelor or master studies in Hr controlling/finance
12. Great organization, analytical, methodic skills and eye for details
13. High interest for figures and administrative process
14. Excel and ppt skills
15. Great understanding of German Labour law
16. German and English fluent
