The work you'll do
Strategic Product Positioning & Messaging
* Support compelling positioning, messaging, and differentiation for AI-powered products that align with customer pain points, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
* Translate complex AI technologies into clear value propositions for different customer segments.
* Define buyer personas and map their journey to inform targeted marketing strategies.
Business Case Development & Market Analysis
* Conduct market opportunity sizing and competitive analysis with our lead market strategist to assess TAM (Total Addressable Market), SAM (Serviceable Available Market), and SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market).
Sales Enablement & Customer Insights
* Develop sales enablement materials, including competitive battlecards, customer case studies, and pitch decks.
* Conduct training sessions for sales teams to ensure effective AI product positioning.
* Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
The qualifications you need
* 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, business strategy, or growth marketing, ideally in AI-driven SaaS.
* Passion for AI and the ability to translate complex technologies into clear value propositions.
* Experience with B2B SaaS marketing, sales enablement, and data-driven decision-making.
* Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Google Analytics, etc.).
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
* Proficient in English and conversational in German.
